Rubics Realty launches BeauMonte Tower C, a 41-storey high-rise at Sion Circle
The Mumbai developer's new tower offers 2 BHK to 5 BHK jodi homes, just seven per floor, with more than 50 amenities and sea views.

Mumbai developer Rubics Realty has launched BeauMonte Tower C, a 41-storey residential tower at Sion Circle. The announcement came on November 2. The tower is part of a 6.8-acre gated community, and the company says 2.7 acres of that layout is set aside for recreational space.
The pitch is privacy at scale. Each floor has only seven homes, and buyers can choose anything from a 2 BHK apartment to a 5 BHK jodi residence, where two units are combined into one large home. The company says the upper floors look west toward the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, and north toward the city skyline and the monorail.
The building sits on a five-level podium with a single basement. Five high-speed passenger lifts and a dedicated service lift serve the tower. Sanjay Puri Architects and P & T Consultants lead the architecture. Argentec Ltd is the contractor and Site Concept handles landscaping.
Amenities are where the project leans hardest. The developer lists more than 50 across the podium, clubhouse and tower. Outdoors, a 50-metre lap pool anchors The Aquatique, with a children's pool, cabanas and a multipurpose lawn. Indoors, The Club offers a gym, indoor sports, a games studio, an e-gaming area and a business centre. The Grove adds a jogging track, an amphitheatre and a water stream.
Daily convenience gets its own section. The Service Court promises housekeeping, laundry, a serviced kitchen and chef-on-call services. The Healing House bundles a spa, steam, sauna, recovery room, reflexology path and a salon. There is also a dog wellness park, and The Junior Club for children.
Founder and Managing Director Suhan Shetty said the aim is a "more discerning interpretation of luxury", built around architecture, scale, privacy and landscape. He pointed to Sion's place in Mumbai's cultural fabric and its strong connectivity as the location's main strengths.
For buyers, the takeaway is that premium Mumbai housing is competing on lifestyle services and low-density floors, not just views. The source release does not give prices, possession dates or configuration-wise sizes, so anyone interested should check those with the developer. Read the original press release for more detail.
